  • Toll free access is standard for every Collection Service Division Call Center
  • On Line, Secure Access to your accounts, reports, account acknowledgements, remittance and trust files, printable inventories, agency staff  & e-mail directories available 24 hours per day at all CBS locations.
  • CBS provides every form of account referral service available in the industry including Fax, E-mail, Online Batch entry, Online single account entry, FTP Batch Transfer, Electronic Data Interface, VPN, and even hardcopy, Business Reply Listing Sheets for our more traditional customers.
  • CBS Trust Remittances are available daily, weekly, and monthly in gross or net formats via traditional hardcopy transfer methods or via on line banking and Electronic Funds Transfer. For larger customers who require a more streamlined process, our Electronic Trust Remittances (ETR’s) are available for downloading and updating payment transactions on to your host system with minimal programming.
