We at Ulrich Medical Concepts are
dedicated to training and certifying each and every user of the
Team Chart Concept. The
Team Chart Concept,
like any other sophisticated medical device, requires that users
be competent in all aspects of operation.
All users (including providers) are expected
to take basic training classes and then become certified as basic
users of the Team Chart Concept. Additional
specialized training and certification is required of each user
in his/her area (clinical, scheduling, financial, etc.). Office
managers and other key personnel are typically expected to know
all areas of the Team Chart Concept.
Training is also given to providers (and any
additional key personnel) on how to design and create Templates.
