Photographic records of podiatric
procedures enhance patient education regarding the progress or lack
thereof of various therapeutic interventions. The integration of
special billing requirements, which are not always identical to
other practice in terms, are also routinely incorporated into the
Team Chart Concept. It
is possible to rapidly document normal and abnormal findings while
the examination is underway, more completely documenting the podiatric
visit for billing and medical record purposes.
