completely organizing photographs or hand drawings. Patient descriptions
of
regression or progression of skin lesions is notoriously unreliable.
Sequential photographs, or hand drawings, are reviewed by the practitioner
and the patient to demonstrate significant changes in progress.
These same
images simultaneously provide the ability to code for level of
care and
rapidly generate billing information.
Treatment regimens can be formally placed in the patient record
with
