As of March 31, 2003,
the Team Chart Concept now supports
exporting of information into Microsoft Outlook.
This, of course, means that you can now view information created
on the Team Chart Concept on
any PDA that can be synchronized with Microsoft
Outlook.
Information that can now
be inserted into Microsoft Outlook includes:
Appointments
into the Microsoft Outlook Calendar.
(This is especially useful for surgery schedules and hospital rounds.)
To
Do's into the Microsoft Outlook Task List.
Contacts
into the Microsoft Outlook Contact List.
Timeline
Entries into the both the Microsoft Outlook Journal and Microsoft
Outlook Notes.
Team
Chart Concept
E-Mails a (new Timeline Category) into Microsoft Outlook
E-Mail.
Team
Chart Concept
'Merge To Microsoft Word' Documents E-Mailed
directly to:
1. Any E-Mail Address
2. To a Team Chart Concept Contact
with an E-Mail address
Report
Output can be bulk E-mailed (via Merge To Microsoft Word)

You
will need Microsoft Outlook 2000 (or greater) installed on
your local workstation. Microsoft Outlook Express is
NOT Supported. To Merge Microsoft Word Documents to
then be sent as e-mail requires that Microsoft Word 2000
(or greater) be installed as well.
