Lipids Example Previous Page

This page gives an example of how to use User Defined Records to track Lipids (Cholesterol) Values with the Team Chart Concept .

You already know about the dangers of high cholesterol. Your patients may, too. But you may not know all of your patients' specific cholesterol levels, and how those levels have changed over time.

With the Team Chart Concept from Ulrich Medical Concepts , you can track your patient's cholesterol levels. You can then run reports, for any patient, at any time, even during a patient exam. For example, the following report can be run in a matter of seconds:

The columns in the above report are:

  • Date - The date the Patient's Cholesterol was measured
  • TRG - Triglyceride Level
  • TCh - Total Cholesterol Value
  • LDL - Low Density Lipoprotein Value
  • HDL - High Density Lipoprotein Value
  • VLDL - Very Low Density Lipoprotein Value

Each of these columns is 1 User Defined Field in the the Team Chart Concept.  The combination of these User Defined Fields makes 1 User Defined Record.  Any report in the Team Chart Concept can also be displayed as a graph. Here is a line graph of the above report:

You can also graph reports using 3-Dimensional Graphs:

Reports can also be run for your entire practice (sub-totaled by any number of categories):
