The
Team Chart Concept (patent pending) is the complete
software solution for your cost-effective, paperless medical office.
- Practice Management,
- Billing
- Billing,
- Scheduling,
- Electronic Medical Records,
- Risk Factor Analysis,
- Reporting,
- Automated Surgery Notes,
and
- Referral Letters
As with any good Practice
Management / Billing system, you can file claims electronically,
and post payments from electronic remittance files.
You can create invoices for services that are not billable
to insurance companies. Batch
posting of charges and payments can be used for rapid data entry.
A copy of every claim, statement and invoice sent out is
kept on file. Because
the physician can now enter dictation, and select procedure and
diagnosis codes, while with the patient in the exam room, services
are ready to be billed the moment the patient visit ends.
If the physician chooses to enter dictation by using Templates,
the dictation can be ‘audited’ to ensure compliance
with Medicare coding standards.
Appointment Schedules
can be set up and maintained for multiple providers at multiple
locations. Blocks of
open appointment slots and/or scheduled appointments can be rescheduled,
placed on hold, or canceled.
'Next Available' appointment
slots can be searched for based on physician and location.
Multiple, interdependent, appointment slot combinations can
be searched for as well.
The Timeline
is the heart of the Electronic
Medical Record in the Team Chart Concept.
