Reports Previous Page

The Team Chart Concept has an extremely power Reporting System.  Reports can be run for 1 patient, some patients, or all patients.  Demographic, Clinical, Financial, and Scheduling information can be combined in one Report so that you might run a Report to find, say, all of your Medicaid patients that are female, over the age of 40, have been seen in the last 6 months, have diabetes, and high blood pressure, and are currently taking a specific medication.   This ability to combine information from traditionally different 'areas' (e.g. billing, clinical) of information (in the typical medical practice), is one of the reasons why the Team Chart Concept is such a big improvement over modular-based software packages.

For example, if an insurance company announces coverage of a new drug for their patients that have a certain medical condition, you can find your patients that meet that criteria, easily and quickly.  Another example, a particular medication has been pulled from the market due to adverse side-effects.  Again, you can find your affected patients, create a personalized, mail-merge, letter in Microsoft Word, and mail a notification to each patient.

Of course the standard  reports that all offices need such as collections, aging, productivity, etc. are available and readily accessible.

Another advantage of the Team Chart Concept's integrated Reporting system is that it is available throughout the system.  If, for example, in the process of entering dictation, you wish to check the patient's cholesterol history, you can run a lipids report, immediately insert the report output into your dictation (and receive audit points for doing so), and even graph the report to show the patient:

Patient reports, as demonstrated above, are extremely fast and can serve as a teaching and motivational tool with the patient.  The caring provider can show the patient how he/she is progressing because of life-style and/or medication changes.  Of course you can print reports and graphs to give to the patient to take home.

The Reporting capabilities of the Team Chart Concept are limitless and include the ability to run Reports based on
