The Team
Chart Concept from Ulrich Medical Concepts is a rock-solid Practice
Management System.
You
have the ability to schedule Appointments for your Provider(s) with the Team
Chart Concept.
You
can schedule Patient Appointments on a first-come-first-served basis.
Or,
you can set up Appointment Slots for specific Providers with Reasons, Locations,
and daily, or weekly patterns. These Appointment Slots can then be
assigned to specific dates and times. Once the Appointments Slots for a
specific Provider have been assigned specific dates/times, patients can be
assigned to those slots. There is no limit as to the number and type of
Appointment Slots you can create. You can double-book Appointments, if
desired.
Appointments can be confirmed, rescheduled,
cancelled, and/or placed on
hold. Every Appointment status change is recorded in the system.
Appointment Reports can be run on these status changes.
Dependent Appointments can be made. For example, a patient may need to
schedule an Audiologist appointment first, and then within 45 minutes of the
Audiologist appointment, schedule a
2nd appointment with the physician.
Next
Available (or multiple next available) Appointments can be searched for based
on
the provider, reason, and location.
The
Chief Complaint, and the Referring Provider can be entered on an
Appointment. These fields automatically carry over to the Encounter when
the Patient appears at the office for the exam.
Appointments can be viewed via the Status Screen and the Appointment Grid.
The
Status Screen allows you to see all Patients at any one station (e.g. waiting
room, exam room, etc.) in your practice. The Status Screen is used to
control Patient Flow within your office. For more information on Patient
Flow, click here. The Status Screen
supports multiple providers and multiple locations.
The
Appointment Grid can be used to display a daily time calendar of Patient
Appointments. It can customized to display Appointments in colors based on
the Appointment Reasons (e.g. New Patient, Follow Up, etc.) or Appointment
Status (e.g. Exam Room, Waiting Room). There is no limit as to the number
of customizations you can define for the Appointment Grid. The Appointment
Grid can display Appointments for 1 provider, some, or all providers, for 1 day
or multiple days.
Appointments in the Team Chart Concept can
be merged into Microsoft Outlook for downloading to a Pocket PC or Palm Pilot
PDA.
Reports can be run on Appointments for 1 patient or multiple patients.
Appointment Report results can be merged with Microsoft Word for mass
mailings of appointment reminders, changes, and thank you letters.
