Chart Concept is a big endeavor. We at Ulrich Medical
Concepts will be with you every step of the way. We have assisted many
offices, large and small, in making the transition and stand ready to guide

The Team
Chart Concept affects
every individual (including the physicians, surgeons, and/or physical therapists)
in
your practice. The
mundane tasks of filing, retrieving, and updating paper charts are gone.
The Team
Chart Concept takes over these duties. Every individual in the office
performs his or her job responsibilities via interaction with the Team
Chart Concept. All information entered is instantly accessible by any
authorized user. Everyone in the
office works as a team. That is why
we call it the Team
Chart Concept.
As
your office struggles through the transition, it will often times seem like
more work than before the Team Chart Concept was
in use. That is normal and will pass in a matter of weeks. Not
only are you learning how to use the Team Chart Concept,
but you are also re-learning how to do your job without paper. This can
take time. Job responsibilities may change. Staff members will
really less on their muscles (moving around paper) and more on their brain

paperless office). Ultimately you will be more productive, and the patient
will receive better care.

transition. Nearly all of them say they would never go back
